1. Who We Are

WOODIS is a timber tally calculator application developed by Nojus Markevičius ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: nojusm02@gmail.com

2. Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. The app operates entirely offline and does not require an account, registration, or any form of identification.

The only data stored by the app is tally session data you create yourself, including:

• Session names and comments you type
• Log counts and diameter entries you record
• Grade/quality class names and colors you define
• App settings (language, default standard, log length)

This data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device. It is never uploaded to any server.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• No names, email addresses, or contact information
• No location data or GPS coordinates
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No analytics, crash reports, or usage statistics
• No cookies or tracking of any kind
• No camera, microphone, or contacts access

4. Internet Access

WOODIS does not require an internet connection and does not make any network requests during normal use. The app works fully offline.

5. File Export

When you choose to export a PDF or Excel file, the file is generated locally on your device. You can then:

• Save it to your device storage
• Share it via any app you choose (email, messaging, cloud storage)

We have no access to exported files. Any sharing is entirely at your discretion using your device's standard sharing features.

6. Backup & Restore

The backup feature creates a local JSON file containing your session data. This file is saved to your device and shared using your device's standard share sheet. We do not receive or store backup files.

7. Third-Party Services

WOODIS does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud services. The app does not contain ads.

8. Children's Privacy

WOODIS does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. As we collect no personal data from any user, there is nothing specific to children to address.

9. Data Security

Your tally data is stored in a local database on your device, protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption). We have no access to your device or its data.

10. Your Rights

Since all data stays on your device, you have full control:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app at all times
• Delete: Delete individual sessions or all data from within the app
• Export: Export all data as a backup file at any time
• Erasure: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
